Ask anything about the Greater London property market — prices, trends, borough comparisons, property types, new builds, tenure, and more.

Best results: Use a postcode district (e.g. SW18, E1), a borough name (e.g. Wandsworth, Hackney), or ask London-wide.
5 filter dimensions: location · property type (flat/house/…) · new/old build · freehold/leasehold · affordability band — mix and match.
Limitations: No individual street, flat, or estate agent valuations. Common neighbourhood names (e.g. Brixton, Shoreditch) are auto-mapped to their parent borough.
